hen there’s Netflix’s America: The Motion Picture, which has the running time of a conventional feature, but feels less like an actual movie than most hour-and-a-half narratives you’re ever likely to see. A throw-everything-against-the-wall collection of silly jokes that reimagines American history as a bro-tastic action flick, Matt Thompson’s animated film makes Drunk History look like a Ken Burns production. Though it’ll likely leave some customers satisfied in its current form, it would be much easier to take as a series of very short, instantly forgettable episodes that pop up in one’s stream unpredictably. It might’ve been perfectly at home at the late, unlamented Quibi.

America: The Motion Picture (2021) Review:
America: The Motion Picture Netflix Film Review: ….. also takes no prisoners, topic-wise. It both embraces the innate earnestness and innocent idiocy of American jingoism while also never letting our heroes off the hook for being racist and misogynistic. Even as some of our heroes learn valuable lessons — usually because they’re educated by Geronimo, Edison, or Killer Mike’s Blacksmith (aka “Black Smith”) — the film never presents the country as anything other than a noble experiment on the precipice of implosion. Even if, going by action movies, America is the rogue cop who doesn’t play by the rules the story is hyper-aware that there’s something deeply wrong with that type of heroics.

Skewering everything from Star Wars to Fast and Furious to even Harry and the Hendersons, the film is great at lassoing different blips from pop culture in a way where the larger story still makes sense, in its own goofy way. Sure, Big Ben turns into a giant mech and people openly use machine guns and holograms but it’s all in service of calling out, and laughing at, the U.S.’s societal and cultural issues and ills. This movie and 2004’s Team America: World Police would make for an excellent double feature on any given Independence Day.

Luca 2021 Movie – Storyline :
Luca Paguro, a young sea monster living off the coast of the Italian city Portorosso, spends his daily routine herding goatfish. Forbidden to explore the surface, Luca meets Alberto Scorfano, a fellow sea monster; Alberto instigates Luca into adventuring out of the ocean. Now disguised as a human, Luca follows Alberto to his hideout, where the boys connect while making and riding a makeshift, fragile Vespa. Upon discovering their son’s actions, Luca’s parents, Daniela and Lorenzo, plan to send Luca to the deep sea with Lorenzo’s brother, Ugo. In retaliation, Luca and Alberto run away to Portorosso to find a Vespa and travel the world.

The boys run into Ercole Visconti, a local bully and repeat champion of the Portorosso Cup Race, but Giulia Marcovaldo, a young girl, helps them escape. In hopes of winning the money needed for a Vespa, the boys and Giulia form a team for the Triathlon, which involves swimming, pasta-eating, and biking. Unable to swim without revealing themselves, Luca and Alberto respectively take on the biking and pasta-eating races, while Giulia takes the swimming race. Ercole vows to beat the group. While the boys befriend Massimo, Giulia’s father, Luca’s parents head to the surface to find him.

Luca Full Movie Review:
Such a good story! Honest, Kind and simply Intelligent! Nothing irrelevant, nothing boring or whatever what makes people upset about any movie. Great plot and characters, lots of valuable significations. Also, good fun, not like a lot of jokes, but when they come – it’s right at the point. Moreover, lots of pleasurable warm summer feelings. And yeah, I’m here not to glorify a motion picture, I’m here since a liked and enjoyed it fully and truthfully.

The Power 2021 Movie – Storyline :

1973: a young nurse is forced to work the night shift in a crumbling hospital as striking miners switch off the power across Britain. But inside the walls lurks a terrifying presence that threatens to consume her and everyone around her.

In the winter of 1973/74, Britain was hit by blackouts as striking miners meant the country’s coal reserves were running low. The Tory prime minister Edward Heath opted to ration electricity usage, with many essential services plunged into inky darkness for periods of time. It’s against the backdrop of that unrest and economic turmoil that writer-director Corinna Faith’s sophomore feature The Power takes place.

Rose Williams plays newbie nurse Val, who has just taken a job at a London hospital. Her tyrannical matron (Diveen Henry) warns her that she’s very much on probation, declaring ominously that “a nurse must give herself entirely – sacrifice”. Unfamiliar with the labyrinthine halls of the hospital, Val is assigned the “Dark Shift” and is allocated to the intensive care unit with less-than-bothered colleague Babs (Emma Rigby). It doesn’t take long for the emergency generator to fail, amplifying the darkness and allowing plenty of things to go bump in the night.

The Power Full Movie Review:

“The Power” is built on subtle elements, but the director’s more ambitious jumps are just as electrifying. Williams, who may be best known as the star of Masterpiece Theatre’s “Sandition,” is revelatory here, and she holds everything together through its shocking final minutes. She, and the film’s earned ending, leave an emotional charge that stings right through the chills, a peek into the darkness that can never be unseen, a light that can never be turned back on.

Story Line :

M. D. Makwana is a wanted fraudster who must escape from Mumbai after duping banks of a lot of money, for which his model girlfriend suggests disguising him as a caged gorilla so that he would be undiscovered, while at the same time, Toto, a real gorilla escapes from a crashed plane and is also declared wanted.

Roohi is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language comedy horror film directed by Hardik Mehta and produced by Dinesh Vijan under the banner Maddock Films.[3] It tells the story of a ghost who abducts brides on their honeymoons. The film stars Rajkummar Rao, Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Sharma.[4] It was announced on 29 March 2019 and filming kicked off on 14 June 2019 in Agra. The film was set to release in June 2020,[5] but the COVID-19 pandemic in India interrupted production.[6] The film was theatrically released in India on 11 March 2021.[1] The film received generally negative reviews from the critics for its convoluted plot.

Storyline -

Bhawra (Rajkummar Rao) and Kattanni (Varun Sharma) are members of a village called Bagadpur, where it is customary for the girl to be kidnapped against her will by the guy who wishes to marry her. They are tasked by their boss and local kidnapping-gang leader Guniya Bhai (Manav Vij) to kidnap Roohi (Janhvi Kapoor) as part of a contract by a guy who wishes to marry her. However, a death in the family of the prospective groom forces them to keep her in hiding in an abandoned woodwork shop so that the marriage can take place after the funeral. During their stay, Bhawra realizes that Roohi is actually possessed by a demonic spirit, which is corroborated by her father while taking to the police about her kidnapping (Roohi was actually supposed to be married a year ago, but the groom and his family ran away after seeing the possessed Roohi before the ceremony).

During this time, Bhawra falls for Roohi and tries hard to coax the spirit from her body; Kattanni, however, is smitten by the demonic spirit who identifies herself as Afza, and tries hard to bring her forward instead of Roohi so that he can talk to her. They learn from their various antics of exorcising that the spirit in Roohi is a 'Mudiyapairi' (a witch with backward turned feet) and she will not leave unless she gets married along with the girl she is possessing. Guniya Bhai, fearing the police investigation behind Roohi's kidnapping, instruct them to abandon her, but they refuse, forcing him to send his henchmen to get the job done.

Bhawra, while trying to find the best way to exorcise Afza from Roohi, finds from an old woman (Sarita Joshi) that the 'Mudiyapairi' has to be tricked into marrying a man who is already married, which effectively makes her the mistress and forcing her to leave the body of the possessed woman (the old woman was actually possessed by the same witch, and had managed to exorcise the spirit, but not before the enraged spirit killed her supposed husband). The henchmen who reach the factory are attacked by Afza (one of them is murdered and the other severely injured), so Bhawra, Roohi, and Kattanni leave for a village called Chimmattipur, where Bhawra gets married to a dog for him to trick the witch. However, the villagers surround him and chastise him for bringing a 'Mudiyapairi' to their sacred village (having the power to exorcise lesser spirits and demons). Guniya Bhai arrives in Chimmattipur to take his revenge, but realizes that Afza has to get married in less than a day (the witch who possesses the girl has to be married within a year, which otherwise would result in both their deaths). Eager to rebuild his reputation, Guniya Bhai tells Afza that she can marry the guy who had given the contract to marry Roohi, and she agrees.

Bhawra and Kattanni arrive at the wedding; Kattanni, decked in Bhawra's groom attire, covinces Afza to marry him. However, they are interrupted by the old lady who tells Afza the marriage is a fraud, showing her the video of the dog wedding (she gets confused seeing Bhawra in the groom attire and mistaking him to be Kattanni). An enraged and desperate Afza commands Bhawra to marry him, but is stopped by Roohi and the last minute as she did not want to marry anyone against her will. Roohi then decides to marry Afza (herself), thereby embracing the strength that Afza had given her rather than treat her as an enemy.

The movie ends with Roohi and Afza accepting each other and leaving Bhawra and Kattanni in the wake. When the police arrives along with Roohi's father, they are told by the old woman that she has run away with herself, but she disappears the very next moment, thereby indicating that she was a 'Mudiyapairi' all along.

About Soorarai Pottru aka Udaan (2021)

The film was partly inspired by events from the life of Simplifly Deccan founder G. R. Gopinath. While the project was announced in mid-2018, under the working title Suriya 38, the official title Soorarai Pottru was announced on 13 April 2019. Principal photography began the very same month and ended that September. Filming took place across Madurai, Chennai, and Chandigarh. The film features music composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar, while cinematography and editing were handled by Niketh Bommireddy and Sathish Suriya respectively.

The theatrical release of the film suffered due to post-production delays and the COVID-19 pandemic. The film released digitally through Amazon Prime Video on 12 November 2020, coinciding with the eve of Diwali festival.[3] It was released simultaneously with its dubbed versions in Kannada and Malayalam under the same title and in Telugu as Aakasam Nee Haddu Raa (transl. The sky is the limit).[4] A Hindi dubbed version titled Udaan (transl. Flight) was released on 4 April 2021.[5]

Soorarai Pottru received positive reviews from critics, praising the major technical aspects of the film, while also appreciating Suriya's performance and Sudha's direction.[6] It was selected as one among ten Indian films to be screened under the Best Foreign Film category at the 78th Golden Globe Awards.[7] The film was made available for screening at the 93rd Academy Awards,[8] but was not nominated.[9]

Ep1 Wanda Maximoff: Wanda Maximoff’s story in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) so far is explored, starting with the loss of her brother, Pietro, in Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015). Her building relationship with Vision starting in Captain America: Civil War (2016) is then seen, followed by her appearances in Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Avengers: Endgame (2019).

Ep2 Vision : Vision’s story in the MCU so far is explored, starting with his time as Tony Stark’s artificial intelligence J.A.R.V.I.S. from Iron Man (2008) through Avengers: Age of Ultron. Stark is shown combining J.A.R.V.I.S. with Ultron’s synthetic body that houses the Mind Stone to create Vision. His building relationship with Wanda Maximoff in Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War is shown, leading to his death in Infinity War.

Review of Marvel Studios: Legends S01 (2021)

This is amazingly timed, showing Wanda’s journey through the Infinity Saga before she returns in WandaVision. This is really well edited and it shows how much trauma and sadness she’s actually been through. The first half of this is a joint episode with Pietro. The second is with Vision. She lost both. This is why she is one of the most powerful characters in the MCU and can’t wait for WandaVision
